Adult Life

Here at Rosemount UMC we believe that the degree to which one is connected spiritually is directly proportional to the degree to which one is connected relationally. That is, we believe in a relational God—a God who desires a relationship with us and deepens our faith through relationships with one another. We’re working toward connecting everyone in our community through a wide array of small group expressions. Click the above header for more information.

At KidZone we are building Disciples of Christ by connecting kids to God, others, and the world through interactive curriculum, service, and missional events.

Youth Ministries

Students are invited and encouraged to participate in a wide variety of experiences which include worship, serving the church, serving the community and the world, building relationships of trust, and learning to live as disciples of Jesus Christ. Worship Arts

God-honoring worship is something we strive for. Many church members get involved in our music and drama ministry. Some play their instruments. Some are vocalists. Others are involved in the choir. Still others get involved in drama. These volunteers are an important part of the ministry of our church, using their talents and gifts to glorify God.

Missions

The purpose of the Missions and Social Concerns committee is to find opportunities for each person in our faith community to use his or her gifts for ministry outside the walls and congregation of Rosemount UMC, and to support and encourage each one along the way. Check out our Missions page for more in-depth information on how you can help with Rosemount UMC.

Carnivale!

Rosemount UMC provides a respite care program for families of children with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their siblings.

The children enjoy an evening of fun and games plus a meal while parents enjoy some time away for themselves. The program is held on seven Friday evenings throughout the year from 5:30pm until 9:30pm. Learn more by clicking the Carnivale! heading.

Our mission is to provide a fun, safe and distinctive Christian preschool setting that is developmentally appropriate for three, four and five-year-olds. GDK Preschool is a place children can learn about God’s love, socialize, create and stretch their bodies in a warm, caring Christian environment.

Our experienced preschool teachers are dedicated to nurturing each child according to his/her strengths and needs, instilling confidence to explore his/her environment, and challenging each child to develop to his/her full potential. Learn more on our webpage! http://www.godsdiscoverykids.org/
